The first step forward for your construction project is an initial consultation & Site visit. We use this step to find out basic high-level information such as your budget and schedule, to determine the best path forward for your project.
We use multiple pricing techniques tailored to your individual project. Renovations are typically priced using a Cost-Plus technique, Where new builds can be priced using a Stipulated price arrangement. Depending on your schedule Stipulated pricing does increase the initial steps timeline, so we will want to determine the best pricing techniques for you.
We want to ensure our customers satisfaction, that is why we have an extensive project close-out checklist for our final site meeting. We will walk through the project with you to ensure everything meets your standards, and that you are more than satisfied with the end result.
